Durham Dales Crafts

Durham Dales Crafts were established in 1990. We are an original business in The Durham Dales Centre, in Stanhope Co Durham. All of our crafts are handmade by local people. The shop is run by our members.

We offer a wide range of gift ideas to suit many tastes and pockets. Some items are exclusive to our shop. We have many loyal customers who know where to shop for that unique present.

Visitors can enjoy a relaxing browse and have a chance to meet the person who handmade that special gift.

Nice little gift shops and a great cafe have a nice all day breakfast and some great Sunday dinners all at a good price!

RUSSELL BALMER

The staff are always pleasant and helpful (even when run off their feet). The menu has a good selection and the food is homemade, would recommend the mince pie with all the trimmings.

ALICE HOGG

Plenty of parking, nice shops and café very good food. We used the centre as a base for a walk around the quarry then back for food.
