We are delighted to welcome 100 Years Botanicals, an award-finalist County Durham botanical skincare brand, as a new stockist at the Durham Dales Centre.

Visitors can now discover its collection of handcrafted skincare and thoughtful self-care gifts in our shops, including nourishing face balms, body butters and relaxing bath oils.

100 Years Botanicals was founded by husband-and-wife team Dave and Heather, with a simple belief that taking care of yourself should feel like a comforting ritual rather than a chore.

The idea began with a personal search for skincare that was gentle enough for sensitive and menopausal skin, while still feeling luxurious to use. What started as an individual journey soon developed into a family business, with every product carefully handcrafted in small batches.

Each formula is created using thoughtfully selected botanical ingredients, with quality, kindness and authenticity at the heart of the brand.

The name 100 Years Botanicals was inspired by the founder’s late Nana Iris and her words:

“In a hundred years, it won’t matter.”

Those words continue to guide the business, reminding the team to focus on what truly matters and encouraging customers to slow down, enjoy simple moments of self-care and find comfort in everyday rituals.

The brand’s arrival at the Durham Dales Centre comes at an especially exciting time, as 100 Years Botanicals has been named a finalist in the Best Small Business category at the UK Small Business Awards 2026.

It is a fantastic achievement for the growing County Durham business and recognition of the care, craftsmanship and commitment behind every product.

The award nomination is the latest milestone in an exciting journey for 100 Years Botanicals. The brand has also been accepted as a Country Living Artisan Approved business and has developed new relationships with wholesale partners and independent stockists.
